Our Policies

Shipping and Handling Policy

Customers are responsible for the shipping fees for any hardware purchased through Allo.com. Make sure you enter correct shipping address; otherwise, customers will be charged for $10.00 in order to redirect the package to the correct shipping location. We advise customers to put an address where they can be reached in business hours. A Signature is required upon delivery. You agree to be responsible to receive your own equipment and make all the arrangements necessary for that. In case your package fails delivery and it is returned to us, you will be charged for restocking fees and you will have to pay extra shipping fees in order for you to receive the Equipment.

Returns

Allo.com offers a 30-day, no restocking fee return policy for the Analog Telephone Adapter (ATA) and NanoPBX. You need to ensure unit is sent with all accessories and in good physical condition (no scratches). Prior to returning, you must fill out an RMA form to receive an RMA Number, which is required along with the return. Allo.com will not accept any return without an RMA Number.

If any Equipment returned is damaged or the return is incomplete; the customer will be fully responsible for the following:

ATA:

Defective Equipment: If the equipment is defective, customers will have to contact a Customer Service Representative and they will create an RMA Number. Allo.com will be responsible for shipping fees, we will ship a new unit right away and customers will have 30 days to return the product. If within 30 days Allo.com does not receive the defective product, the full amount of the new Equipment will be charged to the client’s credit card. If any equipment is returned incomplete customers will be fully responsible for the charges above.

Warranty: Allo.com will provide a limited warranty on the Equipment as to manufacturing defects only for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. This retail customer limited warranty does not apply to any defect or failure other than a manufacturing defect.

Changes to this Agreement

Allo.com may change this Agreement from time to time. Any changes will be posted at the Terms of Service section of the Allo.com website, currently located at www.Allo.com. Notice will be considered received by you and any such changes will become binding and effective on the date the changes are posted to the Allo.com website, except in the case of changes to the prices or charges, when we will comply with our notice commitments described above. IF YOU CONTINUE TO BE ENROLLED IN, USE, OR PAY FOR THE SERVICE AFTER ANY CHANGES IN THE PRICES, CHARGES, TERMS, OR CONDITIONS, YOU AGREE TO THE CHANGES. The Agreement as posted supersedes all previously agreed to electronic and written terms of service.

Where required by law, customers who cancel their service within the first three days, or seven days, as applicable, following acceptance of this Agreement will be refunded all charges incurred with respect to their account.
